Made in Paris label

The label, a visibility tool for products and their manufacturers, is also a guarantee of authenticity for local and foreign consumers looking for quality and meaning in their purchases.

Since its creation in 2017, 3,548 products from 1,512 companies have been certified in the following categories:

• food (honey, chocolate, beer, cheese, spirits, etc.)
• manufactured products (cosmetics, optics, stationery, perfumery, etc.)
• fashion and accessories (ready-to-wear, couture, jewelry, shoes, leather goods, etc.)
• home (tableware, lighting, furniture, decoration, etc.)
  

The "Fabriqué à Paris" label is awarded for a renewable period of one year. For each edition, the label jury awards prizes ranging from €500 to €2,000 to :

• 3 products in each product category
• 3 products in the Innovation category
• 3 "Coups de cœur des Parisiens" (Parisians' favorites), resulting from an online vote.

Certification means :

• Increase your visibility with the "Made in Paris" communication kit (window sticker, ribbon, labels, etc.).
• Benefit from the promotion offered by the label award ceremony at City Hall.
• Join events and sales initiatives such as the Foire de Paris, Paris La Boutique or the Hôtel de Ville Christmas market.
• Participate in ParisLocal and sell on Parislocalboutique, a Paris Tourist Office scheme.
• Be listed on the label, City of Paris and BDMMA websites.
• Join the network of label companies and promote your commitment to local creation and employment.

The label is awarded to collections, ranges or products where the local nature of the manufacturing or transformation process is proven: the manufacturing or final transformation leading to the creation of a new product, and the operations giving the product its added value, must be carried out and produced in Paris intramuros.
